1. Services

Glendale Tree Service provides tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree work, and storm cleanup for residential and commercial properties in Glendale, CA and nearby areas.
All services are performed safely and professionally by trained crews.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All price quotes or estimates are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing or by email.
  • Prices are based on the scope of work discussed. Extra costs may apply if hidden issues (like internal rot, unstable limbs, or property obstructions) are found after starting.
  • We’ll always get your approval before doing any additional work that affects cost.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon job completion, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
  • Late payments may be charged a 5% monthly service fee or incur collection costs if unpaid after 30 days.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a small service or trip fee to cover crew and equipment costs.
  • If work cannot be completed due to blocked access or unsafe conditions on-site, the trip fee still applies.

5. Property Access and Safety

  • The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the work area before our crew arrives.
  • Please keep pets, kids, and vehicles away from the work zone.
  • Glendale Tree Service is not liable for damage to hidden or undisclosed items such as underground pipes, irrigation systems, or cables near the work area.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Our team uses care and industry-standard practices to avoid property damage.
  • We are not responsible for minor scuffs, indentations, or ruts caused by necessary equipment unless due to negligence.
  • Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

7. Weather and Schedule Changes

Tree work depends on weather and safety conditions. If heavy rain, wind, or unsafe situations occur, we’ll reschedule your service for the earliest available date.
We’ll contact you right away if there are any delays or changes.

8. Website Use
